RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your new pieces, but we understand that sometimes the product just simply isn't working for you. In the case that you need to return an item, we offer a simple return and exchange system to help you find your perfect piece.

Eslee is a small, Female-Owned brand and while we're always growing and appreciative of your support, our return and exchange policies can't compete with larger brands just yet, but we'll always work with you to make sure you're not only satisfied but have a great customer service experience with a personal touch. We always want to be transparent with you and let you know why we make the decisions we make. 

*Please note that domestic orders only are eligible for returns and exchanges at this time. International orders may be returned for store credit.

*We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. No exceptions.

We truly believe that Fast Fashion is killing our world. Each year 4 billion pounds of returned clothing goes into landfills. We want to help guide and educate you to make a conscious purchase that is right for you. DOMESTIC ORDER RETURN DETAILS

We understand that when you shop from your computer, tablet, or phone, what you see isn’t always what you get. So if a color, cut, fit or feel isn’t just right we’re happy to offer you a store credit for a future purchase. If you want to exchange your Eslee purchase for a different item or items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. Items must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and sanitary liner intact.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receipt of item.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will have to send back the ineligible Item to you.
  • Please keep in mind that any discounted items are considered to be FINAL SALE. This includes our Holiday promotions. Don't hesitate to reach out to support@esleeswim.com for additional information

INTERNATIONAL ORDER RETURN DETAILS

Due to the current state of shipping costs we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders but we’re happy to provide store credit for any items you’d like to return within our policy guidelines. 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receipt of item.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Include your invoice and eligible items in your return package.
  • Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 2-4 business days for Tiare Hawaii to process, then we will email you a discount code containing your store credit.
  • Please obtain tracking for your records.

We will notify you once the item has arrived at our warehouse. Once our quality control team has checked the items and approved it, we will be able to process your return and issue you the store credit. Once the return is delivered to our warehouse, it takes 2-4 business days for Eslee to process, then we will email you a discount code containing your store credit.

*We know that you can get super excited whenever you try on your new eslee product, however, if you get a bit too excited (leaving dribble marks on the suit) but plan on returning it, please DON'T. We will not accept any of those items. We will just set them on fire.

Pre-orders 
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy 
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
